Prices until 31.3.2026:
SINGLE FULLPASS - 5200 Kč per person
COUPLE FULLPASS - 5000 Kč per person - valid for simultaneous registration of leader and follower
GROUP FULLPASS - 4800 Kč per person - valid for a group of at least 6 people with a balanced ratio of leaders and followers
Prices from 1.4.2026 - will increase of 200 Kč
More discounts:
- by cash payment at reception of taneční studio Stolárna you will get a discount of 300 Kč
- if you are students of co-organizing dance schools DanceDifferent or Tanec v Plzni, please contact the school management for information regarding pricing conditions.
Fullpass includes 7 night parties, special dance rooms, 26 lessons in 2 halls and an afternoon beach party.
Only FULLPASS option is available, partypass is not available for purchase.
Accommodation
The participation is connected with accommodation in the venue "Kačjak". It's not possible to join with accommodation in other pleace. Exception can have only Croatians living nearby.
The accommodation you will pay directly to the travel agency 101 CK ZEMEK. You will get an invoice after the payment of fullpass.
You can choose from 2 types of accommodation:
Pavilion
8700 Kč / 350 euro
per PERSON and 7 nights in double or tripple room including breakfast + dinner and tourist taxy
12800 CZK / 520 euro
per PERSON (ROOM) and 7 nights in single room including breakfast + dinner and tourist tax
All rooms have own bathroom with shower and balcony. The rooms DON'T have a kitchen, fridge, neither air-condition, there are no hair-dryers, no irons, no kettles, no shampoo, no TV, no WIFI.....the rooms are very simple but luxury dance conditions will compensate it ;-)
Bungalow

Bungalows are renovated air-conditioned apartments 2 + 2. There is a double bed in the bedroom and convertible sofabed in the living room. The bedroom and living room are connected by a corridor without a door! The sofabed is quite narrow for 2 adults so please count with it :-) All bungalows have their own terrace, private bathroom, mini kitchen, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi.
Travel
By the BUS organized by our travel agency
The travel agency is organizing a bus from Czech cities to the venue.
The price of the bus is 3000 CZK / 120 euro per person. The price of one-way ticket is 2200 CZK / 90 euro.
Standard bus pick up stations:
Praha, Brno
From other cities you can try to arrange connecting bus with the travel agency for some fee.
Departure from Prague/Brno: in evening hours on Saturday 13th June 2026
Supposed arrival to Kačjak: in the morning on Sunday 14th June 2026
Departure for return journey: on Sunday 21st June 2026
By own car
Parking is possible for free in the venue.
By PLANE
We don't not organize transport from the airports! Below you can find some useful information to organize your transport the easiest way.
Highly recommended airport is RIJEKA. Unfortunately there are not many flights and they are not cheap. But the transport from RIJEKA airport is very easy (15 minutes by car or taxi). From Rijeka airport you can take the bus to Dramalj or take a taxi (35 euro last year).
Next recommended airport is ZAGREB
First you have to take a public bus from Zagreb airport to Zagreb bus main station (every 30 minutes and the travel takes 30 min), then you have to take the bus from Zagreb bus main station to Rijeka or directly to Dramalj or Crikvenica. The travel takes 2-3 hours. More info you can find at http://www.buscroatia.com. Be carefull with late arrival to Zagreb, you might have to overnight there bacause there are no buses in late hours.
You can use also PULA or LJUBLJANA airports, the distance is similar to ZAGREB but we have no experience with the transport.
Another possibility is to fly to Prague aiport and join the bus organized by the travel agency.
WE DON'T recommend SPLIT airport, it's very far! Also ZADAR airport is about 4 hours by bus.

Conditions
By sending the registration form you agree with the conditions:
1. It's not possible to join the event without ACCOMMODATION IN THE VENUE (Kačjak pavilions and bungalows)
2. It's possible to pay only for WHOLE WEEK - 7 or 6 nights.
3. For dancing there is only FULLPASS option available (no partypass).
4. Accommodation and fullpass have to be PAID SEPARATELY, accommodation to the travel agency 101 CK Zemek and fullpass to the organizers. You will get all payment details by email.
5. Fullpasses are NOT REFUNDABLE, only transferrable to another, not yet registered, participant.
6. For accommodation there are CANCELLATION FEES, you can find them here.
7. By registering, you agree that photos and videos will be taken at the event, which may be shared on social media and used for marketing.
