GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

By purchasing a pass, ticket, or registering for the festival, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The organizer reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.

2. Event Registration

• Registration is valid only after full payment has been received.

• Passes and tickets are personal and may not be shared between participants unless a transfer is approved by the organizer.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or registration without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, including:

• schedule adjustments

• instructor or DJ replacements

• venue changes

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

4. Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

• If the event is cancelled, participants may receive either:

  • a refund, or

  • a credit for a future event (at the organizer’s discretion).

• Pass transfers to another person may be allowed if requested before the specified deadline.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must respect other dancers, artists, staff, and venue rules.

Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:

• harassment or discrimination

• aggressive or unsafe dancing

• inappropriate physical contact

• disrespectful behavior toward staff or other participants

The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if these rules are violated.

6. Health and Safety

Participants attend the event at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for:

• injuries sustained during workshops or social dancing

• loss or theft of personal belongings

• damages caused by participants

Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and should not attend workshops if injured or unwell.

7. Media and Photography

By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or filmed. Photos and videos may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Liability

The organizer, instructors, DJs, and venue are not liable for any personal injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

9. Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters

• government restrictions

• public health emergencies

• venue closures

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the event, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
