Program, prices and conditions
There are 2 separated prices and payments:
1. Accommodation - the price is 7290 Kč / 270 euro per person and 7 nights including halfboard. Details about accommodation you can find here and the payment has to be proceed to the travel agency "101 Zemek". After confirmation of participation you will get invoice from the travel agency with bank transfer details. You can avoid high bank fees using service Transferwise. No other form of payment is available.
2. Dance fullpass - fullpass doesn't include only workshops but all costs needed to organize this event. That's why there is no other pass available, only fullpass.

we reserve the right to cancel the event if the pandemic situation will get worse or too risky

anyone with illness symptoms won't be allowed to participate! If you will have covid-19 symptoms during the event, we reserve the right to put you into room quarantine or you will have to undertake the test in Croatia.

in case of event cancellation due to COVID-19 situation we will move the fullpass payments to next year or refund

we strongly recommend participation only for people who can arrive by car or bus! If you decide to book a flight ticket, we don't take any responsibility for your travel costs in case of event cancellation due to COVID-19 situation

ATTENTION! It's not possible to join the event without accommodation in Kačjak pavillions!
You will sleep in simple equipped pavillions Kačjak (no bungalows this year):

all rooms have own bathroom with shower, balcony and sea view orientation

the rooms don't have kitchen, fridge, neither air-condition, there are no hair-dryers, no irons, no kettles...
The rooms are really simple and low level but the dance conditions are luxury! ;-)
Bungalows are under reconstruction so won't be available this year. It means about 100 beds less this year...

Duration of the event is 7 nights. If you would like to arrive earlier, you have to book additional nights through booking.com. Longer stay is not possible.

The travel agency is organizing buses from many Czech cities.
The price of the bus is 2200 CZK / 88 euro per person from Czech cities. Price for other cities on the way on demand.

Praha, Jihlava, Brno, Mikulov, Ostrava, Olomouc
Indicative times (there will be probably two buses with different times):
Departure from Prague: about 20:30 on Saturday 29th August 2020
Departure from Brno: about 22:30 on Saturday 29th August 2020
Supposed arrival to Kačjak: about 11:00 on Sunday 30th August 2020
Departure for return journey: about 12:00 on Sunday 6th September 2020
By own CAR
Indicative durations:
Prague -> Kačjak – 8,5 hours
Brno -> Kačjak - 6,5 hours
Bratislava -> Kačjak - 6 hours
Vienna -> Kačjak – 5 hours

By PLANE
ATTENTION! We will not organize transport from the airports and the travel agency aswell. Below we will provide information for you to organize your transport easiest way and later we will add recommended phone numbers for croatian taxi/shuttle services.
Highly recommended airport is RIJEKA. Unfortunately there are not many flights and they are not cheap. But the transport from the airport is very easy (15 minutes by car or taxi) in comparison to other airports.
From Rijeka you can use the bus to Dramalj, taxi or you can ask us to help on email zouktimeteam@gmail.com.
Next recommended airport is ZAGREB
Public bus from Zagreb airport to Zagreb bus main station is going every 30 minutes and travel takes 30 min., then you have to take the bus from Zagreb bus main station to Rijeka or directly to Dramalj or Crikvenica. The travel takes 2-3 hours and oneway price is between 70 - 140 KUNA (10 - 18 euro). More info you can find at http://www.buscroatia.com. Don't arrive to Zagreb airport later than at 15:30, latest bus from Zagreb main station leaves at 16:30 and later you will have to overnight there...
You can use also PULA or LJUBLJANA airports, the distance is similar to ZAGREB but we have no experience with transport. We will try to add some info here later.
Last possibility is to use Prague or Vienna aiport and join our buses but you will have to get to some pick up place and be there on time, the buses will not wait.
WE DON'T recommend SPLIT airport, it's very far!

Podmínky
Odesláním přihlášky souhlasíte s následujícími podmínkami:
1. Není možné se akce zúčastnit bez UBYTOVÁNÍ V MÍSTĚ KONÁNÍ, tzn. na Kačjaku.
2. K dispozici je pouze varianta FULLPASS, tzn. zaplacení celého programu včetně lekcí. Není možné zaplatit pouze párty.
4. Ubytování a fullpass (poplatek za tancování) musí být ZAPLACENY ZVLÁŠŤ, ubytování na účet cestovní kanceláře 101 CK Zemek a fullpass na účet organizátorů. Údaje pro obě platby obdržíte emailem.
5. Platba za fullpass JE NEVRATNÁ, pouze je možné za sebe najít náhradníka.
6. Pro storno ubytování platí storno podmínky cestovní kanceláře, které najdete zde.

Platba za tancování - FULLPASS
K dispozici je pouze varianta FULLPASS, tedy partypass není možné zakoupit.
Cena fullpassu je 4700 Kč / 190 euro.
Fullpass zahrnuje 7 nočních párty bez omezení konce, speciální tančírny, 26 lekcí ve 2 sálech (tzn. celkem 52 lekcí) a odpolední plážové párty.
Ubytování
Účast na akci je spojena s ubytováním v místě konání, tzn. na Kačjaku. Není možné se zúčastnit při ubytování jinde.
Ubytování bude placeno přímo cestovní kanceláři 101 CK ZEMEK, od které obdržíte fakturu po zaplacení fullpassu.
Vybrat si můžete ze dvou typů ubytování:

za OSOBU a 7 nocí ve dvoulůžkovém nebo třílůžkovém pokoji včetne polopenze a turistické taxy
12800 CZK / 515 euro
za OSOBU/POKOJ a 7 nocí v jednolůžkovém pokoji včetně polopenze a turistické taxy
Všechny pokoje mají vlastní koupelnu se sprchou a balkón. Pokoje NEMAJÍ kuchyňku, ledničku, klimatizaci ani fén, varnou konvici, šampóny, není tam TV ani WIFI.....jedná se o velmi jednoduše zařízené pokoje, ale luxusní podmínky pro tancování vám to vynahradí ;-)

Bungalovy jsou renovované klimazované domky se dvěmi místnostmi, které ale nejsou oddělené dveřmi, pouze chodbičkou. V jedné části je manželská postel a v druhé rozkládací gauč, který je v vhodný spíše pro jednu osobu, ale pokud vám nevadí méně místa, vlezou se i dvě osoby :-) Všechny bungalovy mají vlastní terasu, koupelnu, kuchyňku, ledničku, televizi a WIFI.
Doprava
AUTOBUSEM cestovní kanceláře
Cestovní kancelář organizuje dopravu autobusem z českých měst.
Cena zpáteční dopravy autobusem je 3000 Kč / 120 euro za osobu. Cena jednosměrné cesty je 2200 Kč / 90 euro.
Standardní nástupní místa:
Praha, Brno
Z jiných měst může být doprava zajištěna za příplatek.
Odjezd z Prahy/Brna: ve večerních hodinách v sobotu 8. června 2024
Předpokládaný příjezd na Kačjak: v dopoledních hodinách v neděli 6. června 2024

Vlastním AUTEM
Parkování je možné přímo na místě zdarma.
Počítejte s dálničními známkami pro Rakousko (10 euro), Slovinsko (30 euro) a chorvatské mýtné vyjde na cca 800 Kč.
LETADLEM
Nejbližší letiště je RIJEKA, cca 15min autem. Z letiště ZAGREB jezdí autobusy a cesta trvá cca 3 hodiny. Veřejné autobusové spoje najdete na www.buscroatia.com.
